


Big Sky Mobile Outpatient Therapy is the only interdisciplinary pediatric & ​adult mobile outpatient therapy practice in western Montana.
We currently serve clients from Missoula to Darby in their homes and community, on the playground, at school and daycare, and even in the great outdoors! We also have a traditional outpatient clinic off Main Street in Stevensville.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, BCBS, and more! Clients do NOT have to be homebound to receive these mobile outpatient services.

ABOUT us
Big Sky Mobile Outpatient Therapy was founded in 2018 in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of western Montana. We specialize in delivering pediatric and adult mobile outpatient therapy services directly in our clients’ natural environments including at their homes and in the community as well as in Montana's great outdoors! We also serve our clients in a traditional outpatient clinic in Stevensville, Montana.
​We believe all people deserve high-quality, client-centered, and environmentally-relevant services that support their ability to do valued everyday life activities. We advocate for those experiencing disability and use evidence-based, reflective practices to support our clients with optimizing their health and wellness, quality of life, and ability to participate in the activities they want and need to do!
