Careers

We are a woman-owned, family-centered company that values the well-being of both our team and the clients we serve. We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, balanced, and fulfilled both professionally and personally. Our culture prioritizes flexibility, autonomy, and work life balance so our therapists can show up fully for their clients while also being present for the people and commitments that matter most in their lives, whether that includes partners, children, family members, pets, or personal passions.

We are always looking to add innovative, compassionate, and motivated therapists to our team. If you are an occupational, physical, or speech therapist seeking a flexible, self-directed schedule within a supportive and collaborative environment, we would love to connect with you.

We offer full time and part time opportunities along with competitive compensation and benefits for our rehabilitation team, as well as:

• Flexible, self-directed scheduling
• Clinical autonomy and the ability to practice creatively
• A supportive and collaborative team environment
• Opportunities for professional growth
• Meaningful work supporting clients across the lifespan in our community

What makes our team unique:

• A culture that truly respects work life balance
• Thoughtful caseloads that allow therapists to provide high-quality care
• Leadership that understands the realities of balancing career and family

Land Acknowledgement: We acknowledge the land on which we provide nature-based and other unique community-based therapy services in the Bitterroot Valley is the onetime reservation, ancestral home, and unceded land of the Salish tribe in what we now know as the Bitterroot Valley in Montana. We recognize that these people, escorted by armed personnel, were forced out of this valley onto the Flathead Reservation and formed the Confederates Salish and Kootenai Tribe (CSKT) after connecting with the Kootenai and Pend d’Oreilles tribes at this new location. Our therapy practice seeks to foster our understanding and grow our partnerships with the people of the First Nations.
