About us
Big Sky Mobile Outpatient Therapy was founded by our owner, Jenna Meservy, OTR/L in 2018 in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of western Montana. Our team of occupational and physical therapists as well as speech-language pathologists specialize in delivering mobile outpatient rehabilitative and habilitative therapy directly in our clients’ homes and community. We are headquartered in Hamilton, Montana and provide these unique outpatient services in Missoula, the Bitterroot Valley, Bozeman, Billings, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls.
Our clients do NOT have to be homebound to receive our therapy services.

Jenna has worked with people across the lifespan in various capacities including as a summer camp counselor, outdoor school counselor, special education teacher's aide, licensed public school teacher, and occupational therapist since 2005. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Jenna earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Kindergarten Education with an academic concentration in human development and family studies from Penn State University and a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Colorado State University. Jenna has a passion for helping adults regain function, manage symptoms, and improve their quality of life after neurological events such as a stroke or TBI. She also enjoys supporting older adults with aging in place, improving home safety, and participating in the activities that make life the most meaningful. When working with the pediatric population, she values providing family-centered, nature- and play-based pediatric occupational therapy sessions in a child's natural environment, thereby supporting children with optimizing their potential in all areas of development.
Jenna is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and holds a national board certification. She continues to expanded her professional knowledge in the areas of neurodevelopment, nervous system regulation, mental health, women's health, and dementia care. She also holds a level 1 certification through the American Hippotherapy Association. She has experience as an occupational therapist in a variety of settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, public schools, clients' homes, outpatient clinics, and in the equine environment.
​Jenna is also a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and in her free time enjoys trail-running, hiking, skiing, rock-climbing, cooking, gardening, playing and listening to music, as well as spending time with her husband, children, and three furry family members.

Grace Cardamone, MSOT, OTR/L

Grace works with us from western New York where she was raised, and then earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy at Nazareth College (now Nazareth University) in Rochester, NY. She moved to Missoula, MT in 2018 and resided there until 2024. Grace provided in-person services with Big Sky Mobile Outpatient Therapy from 2022-2024. She is now available to provide services virtually!
Grace has experience working with people of all ages in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, home-based, community-based, and school-based. She continues to expand her knowledge in areas of need such as neurologic-vision rehabilitation, pain management, and pediatric neurodevelopment. Grace is passionate about providing her clients with the education and skills necessary to thrive in any environment.
In her free time Grace enjoys spending time outdoors, paddle-boarding, hiking, skiing, gardening, training her dog, attending local music events, and creating art.

Danyela Farrar, OTD, OTR/L

Danyela (D for short) grew up in Red Lodge Montana in her family’s restaurant and is a graduate of Billings Senior High School. After spending time attending the University of Montana with an interest in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Psychology, she ultimately earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Montana State University-Billings in 2018 and became a Doctor of Occupational Therapy in 2022. Immediately after graduate school, Danyela accepted her first role as an educator at her alma mater, Rocky Mountain College, where she shared her passion for lifelong learning with OT students from early 2023 to the summer of 2025.
Danyela is an advocate for the profession and active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Montana State OT Association, and participates in several communities of practice to further her knowledge of the profession. Furthermore, she serves a volunteer role for AOTA as the Representative to the Assembly (2024-2027) for the state of Montana, is certified as a Pediatric Aquaticist through Aquatic Therapy University, and holds various certifications in complementary and alternative methods.
Her clinical experiences include serving children and families in outpatient and community settings. She looks forward to serving all populations, ages, and needs, placing an emphasis on holistic, family-centered care.
In her free time Danyela enjoys spending time with her family, preferably in or around water, a testament to her identity as an aquatic OT. On a temperate summer day, she, her partner and two children can be found fishing and floating Montana waters with their Bernedoodle, Chaco.

Alyssa Larson, OTD , OTR/L

Alyssa was born and raised in Great Falls, MT, and moved to the Bitterroot Valley in 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in health and human performance at the University of Montana and her doctorate degree in occupational therapy at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in 2022.
Alyssa is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Montana State OT/PT Association, and is certified in the LSVT-BIG therapy protocol. She has experience working with all ages in outpatient and school settings. Alyssa is honored to serve as an occupational therapist and is passionate about helping her clients cultivate their unique abilities as individuals.
Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking, reading, and being in the great outdoors. Alyssa and her husband have one dog and live on the family ranch. She has enjoyed learning about ranching since meeting her husband and has found living on a ranch a true blessing. She is honored to be living and serving in our wonderful community!

Viet Le, MSOT, OTR/L

Viet was born and raised in Missoula, MT. In 2010, he became inspired to become a therapist after breaking his leg in a martial arts tournament and receiving therapy himself! Viet specializes in upper body strengthening/conditioning, stroke rehab, and he has been getting good outcomes using e-stimulation as a modality as well.
Viet is very much a Montana boy, enjoying outdoors- fishing, camping, and hiking when he can get out. Viet also has an 11 year old daughter, named Emma, and she is the driving force for working four jobs! Outside of therapy, Viet is wrapping up being a waiter for 25+ years. Viet values being a healing part of his patients' lives, especially his regulars that he runs into from the restaurant- which is a surprising amount! He also enjoys cooking and teaching his daughter life skills (as much patience as it takes). He loves to host weekly backyard barbecues with lawn games.
Viet looks forward to serving his clients in the community and outside of the inpatient rehabilitation setting which he currently works in as well.

Jace grew up in Helena, Montana at his family’s ski hill and is a graduate of Helena High School. After spending time competing for the US Deaf Ski Team before transferring to compete for Montana State while attending Montana State University with an interest in Community Health, he ultimately earned his bachelor’s of science from Montana State University-Bozeman in 2018 and became a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OT) in 2022. Immediately after graduate school, several successful pediatric clinical rotations, and doctoral capstone, Jace accepted his first position in home health and adult outpatient, where he spread the passion of occupational therapy and served patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Jace is an advocate for the profession and active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Dementia Friendly America/Bozeman, and athletic coaching organizations. He participates in several continuing education and volunteer opportunities to further his knowledge of the profession.
Additionally, Jace and his brother, Witt, also competed in the Winter Deaflympics in Russia and Italy.
His clinical experiences include serving adults, elderly, and families (and now pediatrics!) in outpatient and home health settings. He looks forward to serving all populations, ages, and needs, placing an emphasis on holistic, family-driven, and client-centered care.
In his free time Jace enjoys spending time with his closest friends and family, traveling, competing in alpine ski racing (for both US Deaf Ski Association/Northern Division Masters), disc golfing, or being in the mountains.

Chloe McKenzie, DPT

Chloe is a double University of Montana graduate, receiving both her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the institution. In her time practicing, Chloe has strongly adhered to the saying "exercise is medicine" and has enjoyed helping people with various orthopedic and neurological conditions utilizing this principle. She is passionate about helping people maximize their quality of life and function during every stage throughout the lifespan, especially after neurological events such as post-stroke, spinal cord injury, and TBI. Chloe's special areas of interest also include treating people with a diagnosis of FND and Vertigo/dizziness. She also loves to collaborate with her colleagues in occupational therapy and speech therapy when possible, to promote a holistic approach to total client health and wellness.
Chloe was born and raised in Poulsbo, Washington, and moved out to Montana to run track for the University of Montana. During her time in undergrad, she developed a love for the outdoors and all the beauty the state has to offer (especially the Bitterroot Valley). Outside of work, you can find her in the outdoors with her husband and dogs skiing, hiking, fly fishing, or giving gardening a try. If you do find her inside, you can expect to see her knitting or reading.

Born and raised in Kalispell, Montana, Zoa moved to Missoula to complete her education at the University of Montana and found her home. She completed both her bachelor's and master's degrees in speech, language and hearing sciences at the University of Montana. Zoa prides herself in the inclusion of families and clients alike, as communication disorders do not only impact each individual, but their families as well. In addition to including caregivers and families, Zoa believes that it is important to take time to counsel, educate, and train caregivers and family members to ensure they feel supported, welcomed to participate in therapy, and ask questions.
Zoa is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence. She is extremely passionate about helping the acquired communication disorders population with effective communication in their everyday lives following stroke or traumatic brain injury.
Zoa enjoys learning about new people and cultures, photography, bullet journaling, and spending time with her family and friends. She has had the pleasure of being married to her husband since 2012 and enjoys watching her girls grow and learn every day.

Kerry Dopler, MS, CCC-SLP

​Kerry grew up in Red Lodge, Montana. She graduated in 2021 from the University of Montana speech language pathology program. She also studied Spanish literature and international relations at the University of Montana. She enjoys linguistics and speaking Spanish when given the opportunity. Kerry utilizes American Sign Language and enjoys working with neurodiverse populations. She understands firsthand the complex necessities of communication given traumatic brain injuries and acquired disorders. Specializing in aphasia, post stroke care, receptive and expressive language disorders and bilingualism. Kerry is eager to share her unique skill set with those in need. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Kerry loves life, music, skiing, and camping in the great outdoors.

Robin was born and raised in Indiana but recently moved to Montana from Knoxville,Tennessee. Robin has a BS degree from Ball State University and a background in sales, marketing, and management for various industries, most recently banking. She is most happy when she is working with people and spending time with her family. She’s looking forward to exploring all the great outdoor activities that Montana has to offer, such as hiking, paddle boarding, and star-gazing.
