Founder/Owner, Occupational Therapist
Jenna Meservy, MOT, OTR/L
Jenna has worked with people across the lifespan in various capacities including as a summer camp counselor, outdoor school counselor, special education teacher's aide, licensed public school teacher, and occupational therapist since 2005. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Jenna earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Kindergarten Education with an academic concentration in human development and family studies from Penn State University and a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Colorado State University. Jenna has a passion for helping adults regain function, manage symptoms, and improve their quality of life after neurological events such as a stroke or TBI. She also enjoys supporting older adults with aging in place, improving home safety, and participating in the activities that make life the most meaningful. When working with the pediatric population, she values providing family-centered, nature- and play-based pediatric occupational therapy sessions in a child's natural environment, thereby supporting children with optimizing their potential in all areas of development.
Jenna is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and holds a national board certification. She continues to expand her professional knowledge in the areas of neurodevelopment, nervous system regulation, mental health, women's health, and neuro-rehabilitation. She also holds a level 1 certification through the American Hippotherapy Association. She has experience as an occupational therapist in a variety of settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, public schools, clients' homes, outpatient clinics, and in the equine environment.
Jenna is also a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and three furry family members along with trail-running, skiing, rock-climbing, gardening, baking, playing and listening to music, and learning how to knit.

Lead Physical Therapist
Chloe McKenzie, DPT
Chloe is a double University of Montana graduate, receiving both her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the institution. In her time practicing, Chloe has strongly adhered to the saying "exercise is medicine" and has enjoyed helping people with various orthopedic and neurological conditions utilizing this principle. She is passionate about helping people maximize their quality of life and function during every stage throughout the lifespan, especially after neurological events such as post-stroke, spinal cord injury, and TBI. Chloe's special areas of interest also include treating people with a diagnosis of FND and Vertigo/dizziness. She also loves to collaborate with her colleagues in occupational therapy and speech therapy when possible, to promote a holistic approach to total client health and wellness.
Chloe was born and raised in Poulsbo, Washington, and moved out to Montana to run track for the University of Montana. During her time in undergrad, she developed a love for the outdoors and all the beauty the state has to offer (especially the Bitterroot Valley). Outside of work, you can find her in the outdoors with her husband and dogs skiing, hiking, fly fishing, or giving gardening a try. If you do find her inside, you can expect to see her knitting or reading.

Sarah Elliott, MS, CCC-SLP
Sarah was born and raised in Great Falls, MT and graduated with her master’s degree
in Speech-Language Pathology from Idaho State University in 2001. She and her husband returned to their home state and felt the pull of the Missoula valley and
relocated there right away.
Sarah has practiced as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the medical field in Missoulafor 24 years, most of which included administration and leadership of therapy
departments. She’s served patients in multiple settings: acute care hospital, acute rehabilitation unit, outpatient therapy, and a brain injury residential program. Her
professional focus has been primarily on the adult population, especially those with brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s, ALS, and other neurological diagnoses.Specialty areas include dysphagia (swallowing), cognitive-communication, aphasia (language), articulation (speech), and voice disorders. Sarah is certified in LSVT LOUD voice
therapy and MBSImP (swallow study x-ray assessment). As a sixth generation Montanan, Sarah is proud to serve this community and believes that interdisciplinary
therapy in the home can be the most powerful way to help people live better lives.
Sarah loves taking advantage of the opportunities that Montana offers. She enjoys skiing, fly fishing, camping, boating, going to concerts, and hiking with her husband

Physical Therapist
Zena Capko, DPT
Zena earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. After graduating Zena earned her Pelvic Floor Level 1-3 certifications through the APTA. The primary focus of Zena's career is pelvic health, pediatrics, sports rehab, and orthopedics. She specializes in pelvic floor conditions (including but not limited to incontinence, pre/post partum care, pelvic pain, etc), post operative care, general orthopedics, sports rehab, injury prevention, and strength and conditioning. She continues to expand her clinical skills via continuing education and utilizes evidence based practice when creating patient centered treatment plans that work towards their goals.
Zena grew up in Corvallis, MT. She enjoys almost all outdoor activities, coaching sports, running, riding horses, skiing, and spending time with her family.

Speech Language Pathologist
Deb D'Almeida, MS, CCC-SLP
Deb is an alumnus from the University of Montana with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Deb has a background of eighteen years in elementary education in Southern California but feels her most valued time was when she was home raising her three children. In 2016, Deb relocated to Montana where she returned to the university to study Speech-Language Pathology. In her off time, Deb loves to try new restaurants with her husband, play with their dogs in the river, or sit at the potter’s wheel to throw some clay in her home studio.
Deb professional experience with Speech-Language Pathology includes working for a private practice in Missoula with a population spanning across ages. She shifted her practice to work with adult populations as she began employment with Reliant Rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility in Polson. Deb is a certified LSVT Loud! practitioner and continues to develop her skills through continuing education and providing treatment for:

Occupational Therapist
Alyssa Larson, OTD, OTR/L
Alyssa was born and raised in Great Falls, MT, and moved to the Bitterroot Valley in 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in health and human performance at the University of Montana and her doctorate degree in occupational therapy at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in 2022.
Alyssa is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Montana State OT/PT Association, and is certified in the LSVT-BIG therapy protocol. She has experience working with all ages in outpatient and school settings. Alyssa is honored to serve as an occupational therapist and is passionate about helping her clients cultivate their unique abilities as individuals.
Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking, reading, and being in the great outdoors. Alyssa and her husband have one dog and live on the family ranch. She has enjoyed learning about ranching since meeting her husband and has found living on a ranch a true blessing. She is honored to be living and serving in our wonderful community!

Melissa Jessop, DPT, COMT
Melissa earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Great Falls, Montana. She spent her first three years of practice as a traveling physical therapist working in several different settings with diverse responsibilities and obligations including inpatient acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient therapy. She has worked with people of all ages and varying degrees of injuries and disabilities.
Melissa strives to build passionate and devoted connections with her patients and create a positive and fun atmosphere for healing.
Melissa was proudly born and raised in the Bitterroot Valley. When the weather (and time) permits, she enjoys walking, hiking, disc golfing, regular golfing, and any excuse to venture out to the roofless freedoms of the great outdoors.

Jake Capko, DPT
Jake was raised in Corvallis, MT and after earning his BS at Dakota Wesleyan University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Mary, he returned home to provide care for his Southwest Montanan community in 2019.
Since his return, Jake has worked with a population across the lifespan in communities from Drummond to Darby; specializing in interdisciplinary neurological rehabilitation including Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Concussion, Cerebral Palsy, spinal cord injury, stroke, vertigo and balance deficits. He has also assisted many individuals with orthopedic conditions resulting from general deconditioning, joint replacement and repair, and post-amputation. He utilizes research-based clinical evidence to assist individuals in regaining their function and returning to the activities that they enjoy.
In his free time you’ll find him reading, hunting, hiking, weight lifting, playing various sports and spending time with his wife raising another generation of Bitterrooters.

Kelby Grotbo, DPT
Kelby is a proud Montana native who is passionate about helping individuals regain strength, restore mobility, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Montana State University (Go Cats!) and went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. Kelby has experience working in various clinical settings including outpatient orthopedics, rural inpatient, and skilled nursing. She worked as a travel physical therapist for many years, exploring areas such as Alaska, Idaho, and Oregon. She is excited to be back in Montana and closer to family!
With a strong clinical foundation and compassionate approach, Kelby focuses on individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique goals and challenges. She believes that successful therapy is built on trust, empowerment, and maybe a little bit of humor along the way.
In her free time, Kelby enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of everything Montana has to offer. She enjoys hiking, camping, boating, reading, cooking, and cuddling up with her pup, Gus.
