Clinical Care Team Leader

Sarah Elliott, MS, CCC-SLP

Sarah was born and raised in Great Falls, MT and graduated with her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Idaho State University in 2001. She and her husband returned to their home state and felt the pull of the Missoula valley and relocated there right away. 

Sarah has practiced as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the medical field in Missoula for 24 years, most of which included administration and leadership of therapy departments. She’s served patients in multiple settings: acute care hospital, acute rehabilitation unit, outpatient therapy, and a brain injury residential program. Her professional focus has been primarily on the adult population, especially those with brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s, ALS, and other neurological diagnoses.Specialty areas include dysphagia (swallowing), cognitive-communication, aphasia (language), articulation (speech), and voice disorders. Sarah is certified in LSVT LOUD voicetherapy and MBSImP (swallow study x-ray assessment). As a sixth generation Montanan, Sarah is proud to serve this community and believes that interdisciplinary therapy in the home can be the most powerful way to help people live better lives.

Sarah loves taking advantage of the opportunities that Montana offers. She enjoys skiing, fly fishing, camping, boating, going to concerts, and hiking with her husbandMark, two teenagers Josie and Emma, and yellow lab Ozzy. Other favorite activities include watching her children play sports, tackling home projects and crafts, reading, and painting complex paint-by-number.

Lead Occupational Therapist

Brenda Toner, MSOT, OT/L

Brenda is a Montana native who grew up in Helena and, after living on both coasts and in the Midwest, returned home to the state she loves. A graduate of Carroll College and Washington University in St. Louis, she has worked across the healthcare continuum in Missouri, North Carolina, Washington, and Montana, primarily serving adults in outpatient neurologic settings. Her expertise in brain injury rehabilitation led to leadership roles in residential, day treatment, and outpatient programs.

Today, Brenda serves adults in the Bitterroot and Missoula valleys through Big Sky Mobile Outpatient Therapy, working with individuals recovering from neurologic conditions such as stroke, dementia, and brain injury, as well as orthopedic and work-related injuries. She is passionate about helping people develop practical strategies that restore independence, enhance safety, and improve quality of life. Brenda especially values providing care in the home and community, where real-life challenges can be addressed collaboratively with creativity and Montana ingenuity.

Outside of work, she enjoys the adrenaline of Grizzly athletics, the peace of camping, and time spent with family, friends, and dogs of all shapes and sizes.​

Physical Therapist Assistant

Natalie Floros, PTA

Natalie is a graduated of Missouri Western State University in 2009. After making a pit stop in
Michigan, she landed in Missoula, MT and has been here for the past decade.

Natalie has worked in many different therapy settings including skilled nursing facilities, long term care facilities, outpatient therapy and home health care. Out of all this experience, her favorite is proving care in an individuals home where true every day challenges excite. She loves finding creative ways to help the members of her community thrive in life.

Her experience includes the utilization of the McKenzie Method helping those with neck and back pain,
completing Modern Management of the Older Adult through The Institute of Clinical Excellence, and many continued educations hours spent improving knowledge and treatments for those with Parkinson's Disease.

Outside of work, she has many hobbies ranging from small arts and crafts, reading, and sewing, all the way to Tango, motorbikes, hiking, and rock climbing. She strives to balance downtime and restoration with building meaningful connections and surrounding herself and her family with a supportive community.

Speech Language Pathologist 

Deb D'Almeida, MS, CCC-SLP

Deb is an alumnus from the University of Montana with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Deb has a background of eighteen years in elementary education in Southern California but feels her most valued time was when she was home raising her three children. In 2016, Deb relocated to Montana where she returned to the university to study Speech-Language Pathology. In her off time, Deb loves to try new restaurants with her husband, play with their dogs in the river, or sit at the potter’s wheel to throw some clay in her home studio.

Deb professional experience with Speech-Language Pathology includes working for a private practice in Missoula with a population spanning across ages. She shifted her practice to work with adult populations as she began employment with Reliant Rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility in Polson. Deb is a certified LSVT Loud! practitioner and continues to develop her skills through continuing education and providing treatment for:

• Cognitive-communication

• Aphasia

• Dementia, including Alzheimer's Disease

• Dysphagia (swallowing)

• Voice and articulation

Deb is excited to join the team at Big Sky Mobile Outpatient Therapy and provide in-home therapy for her community in Missoula and N Bitterroot.

Physical Therapist

Megan L. Gran, DPT

Megan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over ten years of experience providing care across home health, hospice, outpatient, and inpatient settings. A graduate of the University of Montana's Doctor of Physical Therapy program, Megan specializes in geriatrics and is certified in Modern Management of the Older Adult through the Institute for Clinical Excellence. She is passionate about helping older adults maintain independence, improve mobility, and enjoy the highest possible quality of life.

Megan enjoys working with patients across the lifespan and takes a personalized, compassionate approach to rehabilitation. She values building meaningful relationships with patients and families and believes in empowering individuals through education, encouragement, and collaborative care.

n addition to her clinical education, Megan holds a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and Music/Vocal Performance from Gonzaga University. Her background in the performing arts has strengthened her communication skills, creativity, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

A Montana native, Megan grew up on Flathead Lake and loves the outdoors and the sense of community that makes Montana special. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, boating, traveling, gardening, and staying connected with her community.

Megan is excited to join the Big Sky Mobile Outpatient Therapy team in bringing accessible, individualized rehabilitation services to the Missoula community.
