Selena Bach, MSOT, OTR/L

Selena brings both advanced specialty training in pelvic health therapy and a well-rounded background in neurological, vestibular, and concussion rehabilitation.

With her compassionate and evidence-based approach, Selena helps individuals regain strength, comfort, and confidence in their daily lives. Her care is rooted in understanding the whole person addressing both physical and functional goals to promote long-term wellness and independence.

Selena’s areas of expertise include:
-Pelvic health therapy for all genders (including pelvic pain, incontinence, and post-prostatectomy care)
- Pre- and post-partum support and recovery
-Neurological rehabilitation (stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s, and more)
-Vestibular and concussion rehabilitation (dizziness, balance, and visual disturbances)
-Post-surgical and orthopedic recovery
-Guidance for intimacy and sexual wellness
-Functional strengthening and pain management

Land Acknowledgement: We acknowledge the land on which we provide nature-based and other unique community-based therapy services in the Bitterroot Valley is the onetime reservation, ancestral home, and unceded land of the Salish tribe in what we now know as the Bitterroot Valley in Montana. We recognize that these people, escorted by armed personnel, were forced out of this valley onto the Flathead Reservation and formed the Confederates Salish and Kootenai Tribe (CSKT) after connecting with the Kootenai and Pend d’Oreilles tribes at this new location. Our therapy practice seeks to foster our understanding and grow our partnerships with the people of the First Nations.
